Season Fees
  • Team Registration Fee – $110
  • Late Team Registration Fee (Registering team after deadline) – $25
  • Rebranding Fee – $25
  • Transfer of Team Ownership Fee – $25
  • Additional Player Fee – $10 Per Player
  • Postseason Emergency Additional Player Fee (1 max per team) – $25
  • Player Name Change Fee – $10 Per Change 
  • There will be no refunds issued for the above fees.

Note the season is subject to all additional ADBA Rules and Terms of Service

SEASON PAYOUTS 
  • ADBA Open Champion – $500 per console
  • Most Games Played – 1st $110, 2nd $50, 3rd $25 (To count, games must be posted on Twitter each night, tag @ADBAPRO and game footage must be archived on Twitch)
  • Playoff Champion – PS5 Season 15 $2250.00 & XBX Season 20 $2250.00
  • Total Season Prize Pool – PS5 Season 15 $2750.00 XBX Season 20 $2750.00
  • Prize pool is a set and fixed amount and will be paid as advertised within 45 business days.

Note dates subject to change at ADBA’s sole discretion and refunds will not be granted unless the season is canceled in its entirety.
October 4th Registration opens
October 19th 6:30 PM – Last day to signup and get ADBA Open Entry with Regular Season
October 19th 7:00 PM – ADBA Open Starts (24 hours per round; No extensions first 3 Rounds. After 3rd round, emergency only 24 hour extension available if requested by 5 pm eastern.)
October 26th 11:59 PM – Last day to signup for ADBA Regular Season ($25 late fee will apply after this date)
October 19th 7:00 PM EST – Regular Season begins
November 3 9:30 PM EST – ADBA Open Xbox Finals BO3 (Finals time set and cannot be changed except as agreed upon by both teams and ADBA, or at ADBAs sole discretion. Clear your schedule if you plan to win it MUST be played this day and time. Finals streams will be exclusively on WR’s twitch channel as described in the streaming rules above.)
November 4 9:30 PM EST – ADBA Open PlayStation Finals BO3 (Finals time set and cannot be changed except as agreed upon by both teams and ADBA, or at ADBA’s sole discretion. Clear your schedule if you plan to win it MUST be played this day and time. Finals streams will be exclusively on ADBA’s twitch channel as described in the streaming rules above.)
November 6 11:59 PM PST – End of Season, Rosters Lock for Playoffs, screen shot channel locks
November 6 5:00 PM Eastern – Deadline to submit any errors in your win-loss record
November 7 Playoff brackets announced
Playoff Schedule
Round 1 BO3 – Starts November 7, 7:00 PM – 48 hours (game results must be reported by November 9, 8:00 AM)
Round 2 BO3 – Starts November 9, 8:00 AM – 48 hours (game results must be reported by November 11, 8:00 AM
Round 3 BO5 – Starts November 11, 8:00 AM – 48 hours (game results must be reported by November 13 8:00 AM)
Round 4 BO5 – November 13 8:00 AM – 48 hours (game results must be reported by November 15 8:00 AM)
Round 5 BO5 – Starts November 15 8:00 AM – 48 hours (game results must be reported by November 17 8:00 AM)
PS5 Finals BO7 November 18 9:30 PM EST

Xbox Finals BO7 November 19 9:30 PM EST
